Meal plans are based on a simple philosophy of the best quality available local ingredients. Freshly caught fish are on offer and bread and desserts are made daily on the island, eggs are free range and are collected locally on the island, seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables are also sourced right here on the island.
We can cater to your special dietary needs, provided we are aware of your dietary requirements our chef will prepare your meals accordingly. Breakfast is served buffet style and lunch and dinner is a set menu.
A typical breakfast buffet consists of a variety of cereals, milk, toast, eggs cooked to your liking, beans, fresh seasonal fruit, pancakes, tea, coffee and juice.
An example of a Lunch meal can be a gourmet beef burger with freshly baked bread served with fries and garlic aioli.
A traditional Fijian Kokoda or Freshly caught fish, lightly battered and served with salad and fries.
An asian inspired noodle stir fry or a healthy tuna salad.
Dinner is usually a three course set menu and consists of an appetiser, main course and dessert. Coffee and Tea
